Belle & Bon Patisserie was born from a love of baking and the joy that comes from sharing something sweet. What began as a passion in my kitchen grew into something much bigger — a dream to create desserts that bring people together and turn meaningful moments into lasting memories.
Before Belle & Bon, we were known as Fellas Bakes and Cakes. As the business grew, so did the vision. Through my grandpa’s encouragement and belief in me, I decided to rebrand and elevate the business into something that truly reflected the standard he always knew I was capable of. He was passionate about seeing me build a high-end brand and inspired me to become a business owner who follows her dreams fearlessly.
The name Belle & Bon — meaning “beautiful and good” represents exactly what he encouraged me to create: something elegant, refined, and unforgettable.
My love of baking began long before the business. I learned everything I know from my nana, who patiently taught me in her kitchen and gifted me my very first Kenwood mixer, one I still use today. She was always so proud of the cakes I would create, and her belief in me gave me the confidence to keep going.
Today, Belle & Bon Patisserie is built on their inspiration. Blending heart, heritage, and high standards into every cake, pastry, and creation. Every dessert is made with care, creativity, and the intention to make someone feel celebrated.
